Mikel Obi Blamed By Chelsea Fans and Football Experts For Newcastle Defeat

If what Chelsea fans and football experts are saying is anything to go by then Mikel Obi's time in Chelsea might soon be over.
Since the arrival of a younger Chelsea player, Nemanja Matic, Mikel Obi has not being featured in the starting line up of Chelsea's games this season.
But during a crucial premiership match against Newcastle on Saturday, Mourinho gave Mikel Obi a chance to play and Chelsea was defeated by Newcastle, 2-1.
This did not go down well with many of the Chelsea fans all over the world, with football experts seriously criticizing Mike Obi, blaming him for Chelsea's loss to Newcastle. Chelsea needed the win, as current premiership champion, Manchester City is fast closing in on them.
Former footballer and analyst Alan Shearer also said:


"There is no doubt they missed Nemanja Matic. He has started every game for them this season but John Mikel Obi was in there against Newcastle and didn't do as well,''
