Photos: Tortured Ugandan baby and parents at police HQ today

The Ugandan baby who was tortured by a maid and her parents met with Uganda's Inspector General of Police, Kale Kayihura, today November 24th where the IGP promised that baby Arnella will get justice.


It's not a bad idea for parents to put cameras at their homes to monitor people taking care of their kids...just to see what they get up to when they are not around.
